MUAR: A pasar malam trader has been charged at the Sessions Court here on Sunday (July 14) with raping and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old disabled student.
Lim Khim Tai, 47, was slapped with 11 charges of raping and committing sexual assault on the intellectually disabled girl from March 8 to May 24.
He was charged with four counts of rape and seven counts of sexually assaulting the victim, in the bedroom of a house on Jalan Temenggong Ahmad here.
Lim pleaded not guilty to all charges before Sessions Court Judge Abu Bakar Manat.
