KATHMANDU, June 3: NIC Asia Bank has been awarded the prestigious ‘Infosys Finacle Innovation Awards 2024’ organized by the multinational company Infosys Finacle based in India. Issuing a statement on Monday, the bank said it received the award for its outstanding contributions to the digital banking services. The bank received the ‘Channel Innovation Platinum’ award for introducing the innovative iServe platform, which offers comprehensive online banking services to customers, allowing them to access services from home or office without visiting a branch.
